Mike Apron Expansion


SUMMARY

KEG Build, a Division of Kaskaskia Engineering Group, LLC, provided construction services on the Mike Apron Expansion Project at Mid-America St. Louis Airport, which consisted of unclassified excavation, storm and sanitary sewers, underdrains, lime modified soils, aggregate and HMA permeable base courses, new concrete pavement, and electrical work.

As a subcontractor to Kilian Corporation, KEG Build was responsible for unclassified excavation and grading, approximately 900 feet of concrete storm sewer ranging from 12” – 36”, approximately 500 feet of sanitary sewer installation ranging from 8” – 15”, concrete drainage/sewer structures, precast concrete end sections, approximately 2,000 feet of underdrain and 19 cleanout structures, trench backfill, RR4 riprap, and 4’x20’ concrete trench drain with valve and actuator.
