St. Clair County Building Demo Plans


SUMMARY

Kaskaskia Engineering Group, LLC (KEG) was contracted by the St. Clair County Public Building Commission to provide building demolition plans to JPK Excavating, Inc., for an existing building and removal of bituminous parking lot, septic system, well, and other man-made site features. Multiple buildings throughout St. Clair County were included in the contractor’s scope of work.

KEG provided field surveying, demolition plan preparation, final grading plan, preparation of EPA permit for removal of the existing septic system, Utility coordination, site protection, and project specifications. 

 

KEG also assisted the County and Contractor to comply with following requirements:

•    Local, State, and Federal Safety and Health requirements
•    Materials Handling options
•    Contaminated structures and special demolition to avoid dangerous conditions
•    Coordination with asbestos consultant
