The project team worked closely with the school administration to assure the project was carried out to meet the schools expectations. KEG prepared existing boundary and topographic survey measurements to ensure the proposed improvements encompassed the existing land use site. KEG also provided building demolition plans and specifications, stormwater management plan that satisfied the Local agency’s requirements, reviewed existing State and Local building codes for compliance, coordinated with utility providers and MEP consultants to assess and determine the relocation of the schools utility facilities, and prepared soil surveys and reports to define the constructability of the proposed structures.
KEG assisted Quadrant Design to establish cost-effective value engineering procedures and processes; shop drawing approvals for civil based services; and provide planning, programming, and evaluations for future school requirements and desires.
